Shipping and Tracking FAQs

We ship out of Western Massachusetts, Monday through Friday, from 8am to usually around 2-3 PM. All expedited orders MUST be placed by 1:00PM EST for same day shipping.

Q. I placed my order and cannot seem to find my confirmation email. What do I do?

A. Do not worry, we're here to help! First we rocommend checking any spam, junk or promotions folder, even if you regularly receive our emails. This is especially common with GMail accounts and first orders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Q. My tracking page says my label is canceled, but I did not cancel my order. What does this mean?

A. This usually happens when a shipping label needed to be reprinted by our shipping team, after an adjustment has been made to your order. Please keep an eye out for an updated shipping email or feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]!

Q. My tracking number seems doesn't link to a carriers tracking page. How can I check it myself?

A. We try to make tracking your order as easy as possible. In the case that you are having a hard time finding the correct carrier tracking tool, here are a few examples of what different carrier's tracking numbers will look like:

UPS: UPS Tracking numbers usually begin with "IZ"

USPS: The most common USPS Tracking Number Format is 20 digits, or a combination of 13 thirteen alphabetic and numeric characters, typically starting with 2 Two alphabets, following by 9 Nine digits, and ending by “US” United States (e.g., EA 000 000 000 US).

DHL: DHL usually uses a ten-digit numeric which starts with 3S, JVGL or JJD.
