Q. Is there a customer service number I can call with questions about orders or recipes?

A. Yes! Please feel free to give us a call at 413-397-2012 and we will be happy to assist! Please keep in mind that we are a small family business with customers from around the world. In the case you call and we are unavailable, just leave us a message and we will get right back to you! We are most likely on the phone with another cheese lover!


Q. What if I have a recipe question or troubleshooting issue thats specific to the cheesemaking process?

A. No problem! We will do whatever we can to help! If you need us real time, you can call us during our regular business hours. Otherwise feel free to send your cheesemaking questions to [email protected]!


Q. Do you accept faxes?

A. We ask that all correspondence be through telephone, email or snail mail. We can no longer accept faxes, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
