Q. Where are you located/shipping from?

A. Our facility is located in the beautiful Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts! All of our advised timelines and hours of operations are base on Eastern Standard Time (EST).


Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. We are open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM EST. As we are a small family business, we take a company lunch break from 12-12:30PM.


Q. Do you have a retail shop?

A. We do not have a shopable retail location, however would be happy to put together an order for pickup, during regular business hours! For further questions, please reach out to [email protected].


Q. How long does an order take to ship from your facility after an order is placed?

A. We make sure to fulfill/ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days of receiving them. Expedited options are available as well, as long as they are placed before 1PM (EST).


Q. What carriers do you use?

A. We ship via United States Postal Service and UPS. Some of our international orders can be fulfilled via DHL. Thankfully, all shipping options are available before any payment is requested during check-out.


Q. Do you ship on weekends?

A. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. We do not ship on weekends nor federal holidays.


Q. What if I need product on the weekends?

A. We may not be on site, but don't worry! Take a look at our Good Milk List for the closest suppliers and carriers of NECSC product.


Q. My cart is over $50, but I am still being charged for shipping. How can I get free shipping?

A. If you are placing an order from the contiguous Untied States, we are able to offer free shipping for your order, for all retail sales! If you find that you're still having troubles with our free shipping option, please review the shipping method page, and confirm that the drop down menu which holds all available shipping options, has not reset itself from the "Free Shipping" position. This option should be at the bottom of the list of available options, usually happening after navigating away from the checkout page to add another item to your cart.
