Calcium Chloride Solution from Pellets

Here is a general conversion to use if you only have access to calcium chloride in a dry/pellet format.

*Please be aware of the ingredients and food safety status of ANY mineral/additive purchased if you are using it in the production of food*

" 30g of pellets diluted in 100 ml of distilled water."

This will give you a 30% Calcium Chloride solution which is standard for recipe consistent product.
