Polypropylene Follower Set
Our polypropylene followers can be used with cheese molds when pressing hard cheese. They are utilized by being placed between the follow that comes with your hard cheese mold, and the part of your press (usually a bar or plunger) to apply even pressure to your cheese wheel, while also supplying extra reach into the depth of the mold during the later stages of pressing.
