What is the best way to clean Bee’s Wrap between uses?

Wash in cool water with medium dish soap. Allow to air dry.

Can these beeswax wraps be used in the manner that the two-ply bloomy

rind or washed rind cheese wraps? If not, what is their recommended use for the

home cheesemaker?

Unfortunately, these are not at all like the ripening sheets we sell. These are

primarily for wrapping cut cheese for short term storage. They are much less

permeable than the washed and bloomy rind ripening sheets.
